HELLO, this is what I do
For nearly 20 years I’ve partnered with organizations, executive leaders, and adult learners to navigate transformation with clarity, courage, and character. As a leadership strategist, educator, facilitator, and small business owner since 2012, my work lives at the intersection of leadership, meaningful alignment, and human spirit-centered strategy.
I’ve led transformative work with organizations including Texas Southern University, JS101 Houston, Arc of Spokane, Klamath County Community Corrections, Downtown Spokane Partnership, and numerous leadership teams seeking sustainable culture change and stronger engagement practices. As a former Executive Director, educator, veteran, and writer, I bring depth and lived perspective to every room I enter.

Collaborate with Dr. Gina to implement the leadership program uniquely tailored to the needs of your organization. The fee for this implementation includes organization-wide delivery of official program messaging and survey distribution and is scaled by complexity, number of deliveries, travel, and number of participants. Base price listed is for one 90 minute training event.

This 30 minute introductory consultation is designed for leaders, executive teams, and organizations seeking thoughtful strategy, meaningful alignment, and sustainable culture transformation. During this 30-minute conversation, we will explore your organization’s goals, current challenges, communication dynamics, and opportunities for growth related to leadership development, succession planning, mentoring program design, and culture-centered engagement initiatives.

Designed for organizations, conferences, leadership teams, podcasts, and event planners seeking dynamic, research-informed speaking engagement centered on leadership, culture, belonging, resilience, inclusion, and transformational change. During the booking conversation, we will discuss your audience, event goals, desired outcomes, logistics, and how to create a meaningful experience that leaves participants informed, energized, and thoughtfully challenged in all the best ways.
