As a leadership strategist, educator, facilitator, and small business owner since 2012, my work lives at the intersection of leadership, meaningful alignment, and human spirit-centered strategy.

I’ve led transformative work with organizations including Texas Southern University, JS101 Houston, Arc of Spokane, Klamath County Community Corrections, Downtown Spokane Partnership, and numerous leadership teams seeking sustainable culture change and stronger engagement practices. As a former Executive Director, educator, veteran, and writer, I bring both analytical depth and lived perspective to every room I enter.
